Measurements from home and everyday tips for patients with Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
The app aims to help patients in their lives by providing easy ways to measure their vitals and to provide surveys and tips.
With the app installed patients don't need to travel a lot to the hospital anymore.
The project was a collaboration between UMC Utrecht, ALS Centrum. The initiative was supported by Apple.
